Research Week celebrates research at Ara, which focuses on solving real-world problems and developing ideas, under the theme of ‘Applying Innovation’. Everyone at Ara approaches research differently, whether it be a more hands-on experimental approach or punching numbers into a computer. The idea behind the design concept was to portray the various ways everyone at Ara conducts research; thinking outside the box, finding the key to unlock their brain and find that missing piece of the puzzle. The design is intended to appeal to both staff and students so needed to have a formal feel with an element of fun.
